This blog is dedicated to reviewing chocolate. I will mainly review the non high end range of the market and occasionally I will review products that, strictly speaking, are not chocolate.
I am a Dane living in Copenhagen and this blog will therefore feature quite a few reviews of chocolates that are popular in Denmark and Scandinavia, but may otherwise be unknown or perhaps unavailable elsewhere. I will, of course, also review many internationally well-known products and brands.
I do this out of curiosity, to provide information about everyday products, as well as to challenge myself and my preconceptions about chocolate: how will the cheaper brands of chocolates fare? Are they as bad as experts claim or are they tolerable or perhaps even good?
